Cricket is a rapidly growing game in Texas, where many cities are showing tremendous interest in this excellent sport. Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin to name a few cities are leading the way. In the last few years, many youth and cricket programs have developed in our cities. It is a game where everyone can get involved. If you are interested in playing, coaching, umpiring, scoring, sponsoring, or even only watching or socializing, the NCL team can help you get involved.
Our goal is to develop strong grassroots and infrastructure for cricket in Texas and the USA to a professional level as it has been done in many Test playing countries around the world. This will help the city cricketers and cricket leagues to improve their game, allowing players to compete at state, regional and national levels, and play competitively in an international arena.
After India, the USA has the largest viewership in the world for cricket, making it an ideal place to host cricket at an international level. With NCL and your help, we can bring T-20 and Test cricket to the USA!
