The National Cricket League (NCL) is looking for motivated, reliable, commission- and contract-based Divisional Managers who would be responsible for managing and promoting the NCL’s business objective with the goal of delivering quality and cost effective product and service within his/her division. Responsibilities • Divisional league organization and management • Product sales and marketing strategy, planning and execution • Explore local and divisional resources and infrastructure for Divisional Cricket Academy • Report to NCL management on a monthly basis • Manage state managers and review their monthly work progress and reporting • Attend and prepare reports for monthly management meeting • Client contact and attend client meetings
Requirements • Minimum a BS degree. • 5 to 10 years of cricket playing, organizing and managing experience • Good understanding of cricket products, league and academy • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills • Strong working knowledge of information technology • Ability to read and understand business plans and strategy • Good driving record and valid state driver's license • Must pass pre-employment, non-DOT drug screening. • Clear and concise English communication skills, both written and oral. • Authorized to work in the United States
On the Job • Part time position • Work hours are generally open for this position • Divisional manager would be primarily working out of his/her divisional office with their own time table; however, occasional support of the head office may be necessary
Preferences • Prior cricketing experience at local or regional level (United States) • Any kinds of cricket related certificate. Such as coaching, umpiring etc. • Prior league organizing experience • Trained batsman, bowler or wicket keeper • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien • Experience with proposal writing
Pay and Benefits • Pay is based on commission and contract • Pay policy would be “Sale/ Earn More, Get Paid More“ basis
