Based on offered discounts from courier companies, time to time our preferred shipping courier company do change. Our website checkout is integrated with all shipping companies that are offered during checkout to pull and display real time shipping cost, which means, what you see almost accurate shipping cost. Since all shipments are based on dimension weight, there are times when we may contact customer for additional payment to cover the shipping cost. This may mostly happen on expedite shipment such as 3 day, 2nd day, next day, overnight and overseas shipment.

Please note: Shipping time that each courier company displays on their respective website, do not include our processing time (most in-stock items generally take 1-2 days to process). Order's placed before 1pm Central Standard Time (CST) may be shipped on the same day, however each order is processed based on priority and order queue. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST including orders place over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
